Most returns within the USA are free of charge and may be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered. We will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction.

 Please make sure to start the refund process within 30 days of your order being placed. Refunds after the 30 day period may not be honored.
